      1. Boxing day comes form the 1800’s when rich people used to give gifts to poor people. That would have been useful for me as I didn’t get any gifts last year or see anyone.

      2. I haven’t gotten any presents or visits from anyone in more than five years. I guess you just learn to live with it…although I would like to see what my grandchildren look like.
I thought boxing day meant two people put on gloves and tried to beat the crap out of each other. 😦

      3. That would be fun…sending presents. It’s funny. I spent almost my entire life, taking care of people, and now I’m getting old and there’s no one to take care of me. It’s okay. I’ve always done well on my own.
Where do you live? In the U. S. or across the pond?

      4. We have 9 months to think about it anyway. I am in New Zealand and moving again within the same city – Porirua. Where in the USA (I hope that is right?) are you?

      5. As soon as I posted my comment, I remembered that you were in New Zealand. I remember the picture of the red car. I just bought a new red car.
Yep. In the U. S. (South Carolina), and I imagine we can come up with something in nine months…as long as it’s not a baby! LOLOLOL

      6. I thought that you should already know where I lived but couldn’t remember. Red cars are the best, mine is a 2015 Manual Toyota Yaris, it’s very rare in New Zealand to find a late model manual car but I like them far better. A baby would be difficult but at least the manufacturing process is enjoyable.

      7. My red car is an Infiniti Q50. They’re actually pretty rare here for some reason. It took me more than a year to find one.
Yeah, maybe re-think the baby thing. LOLOL
